My years of experience in dance and fitness bring musicality, focus, and tons of energy to my class.
Each SteeleSculpt workout is muscle-targeting but features full-body movement and a good sweat! I’ll challenge you to keep moving while never sacrificing form or proper mechanics.

I started my ballet training at the Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis (JKO) School at American Ballet Theatre (ABT) in New York City and completed my final year of training at University of North Carolina School of the Arts. I joined Boston Ballet in 2010 and made the switch over to The Washington Ballet in 2016 where Sarah and I became fast friends
Sarah invited me to take her Pilates class on the weekend, and from then on, I was hooked! I have taken her classes consistently for three years, and the improvement in my physical strength as a ballerina is insane.
I am so stoked she has given me this opportunity to teach you! I hope to bring a sense of camaraderie to my classes— everyone will be working hard, working together, and feeling good!

With a BFA from Butler University and years of professional experiences on and off stage, I bring knowledge and creativity into every class. I have a passion for teaching and love sharing the power of movement with my students. Cross training is instrumental in protecting your body from injury and enhancing overall performance, not just for dancers, but for everyone.
Each SteeleSculpt workout you take from me will feature full body movement, encouraging energy, and a focus on proper mechanics and form to help you build your overall awareness of your body!

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I began my ballet training at Goh Ballet Academy and left home at thirteen to train and board at Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School. In school, I had the toughest teachers but they really instilled in me that if you want results, you have to put in the work. Immediately after graduating, I joined The Washington Ballet as a trainee and have been there ever since!
At The Washington Ballet, I met Sarah and was lucky enough to be a part of one of the very first Sunday Burns. Since that very first burn, I have never worked out the same way. I constantly have Sarah’s voice in my head while doing bridges, just telling me to keep going!
I am so excited to be able to be the one that is stuck in your head now! I have been told that I have a very soft demeanor, however that definitely does not mean I will go easy on you. I’m truly addicted to getting my sweat on and feeling all of my muscles working to their limit! I can’t wait to share my love for SteeleSculpt with you in my class.
