About SteeleSculpt

Sarah Steele, a professional ballet dancer who performed with The Washington Ballet, brings to life a unique digital fitness experience—low-impact, high burn workouts led by fitness-certified professional ballet dancers—directly to screens anywhere. 

SteeleSculpt offers subscribers aka “Burners” on-demand fitness classes with a unique twist in a completely virtual format with zero equipment required. SteeleSculpt workouts use a combination of Pilates-inspired mat work and bodyweight strength and conditioning moves to elevate fitness and wellness routines. 

Our instructors’ musicality and knowledge of form and body awareness is heightened by years of professional ballet experience. Though SteeleSculpt is not an adult ballet class, these factors have allowed us to create a distinctive workout that ensures every SteeleSculpt class is safe and fun, all while maximizing the burn! We encourage our Burners to join us from wherever, whenever with the option to turn their cameras on for accountability and corrections.

Meet Your Instructors

Francesca Dugarte Jordan

Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, I’ve danced in numerous ballet companies around Europe and the United States, including Zurich Ballet, Victor Ullate Ballet, The Washington Ballet, and BalletMet in Columbus, Ohio, and have competed as a finalist on the reality show Amici in Rome. My first love in fitness was spinning, but after having a baby, I got hooked on strength training as it helped me regain and gain new strength. I believe that if we test our limits, we would all realize that we are made to be warriors.

I joined Boston Ballet in 2010 and made the switch over to The Washington Ballet in 2016 where Sarah and I became fast friends. Sarah invited me to take her Pilates class on the weekend, and from then on, I was hooked! I have taken her classes consistently for three years, and the improvement in my physical strength as a ballerina is insane. I hope to bring a sense of camaraderie to my classes— everyone will be working hard, working together, and feeling good!

In school, I had the toughest teachers but they really instilled in me that if you want results, you have to put in the work.  Immediately after graduating, I joined The Washington Ballet as a trainee and have been there ever since! At The Washington Ballet, I met Sarah and was lucky enough to be a part of one of the very first Sunday Burns. Since that very first burn, I have never worked out the same way. I’m truly addicted to getting my sweat on and feeling all of my muscles working to their limit! I can’t wait to share my love for SteeleSculpt with you in my class.
